By downloading, accessing, or using Dash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the app immediately.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dash. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Service

Dash is provided for personal running tracking and community engagement.

  • Do not use Dash for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Do not attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt any system or network connected to the service.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity, run data, or achievements.

4. Health and Safety

Dash does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any new fitness program. You assume all risks associated with your running activities and agree to use the app responsibly.

5. Location and Sensor Data

Dash may collect location, motion, and other sensor data to track your runs. You control when tracking is active, and you can revoke permissions at any time through your device settings, though some features may become unavailable.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may be offered as paid upgrades. Fees are disclosed before purchase and are non-refundable unless required by law. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for any applicable fees.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Dash at any time if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior. You may stop using Dash at any time by deleting your account.

8. Intellectual Property

Dash, including its design, content, and features, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Dash is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations, and if necessary, binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
