1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Pantry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app immediately.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pantry. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Use of the Service
Pantry is provided for personal grocery list management and collaboration.
- Do not use Pantry for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Do not attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt any system or network connected to the app.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or grocery data when using the app.
4. Data and Content
The grocery lists and item data you create are your responsibility. Pantry is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or updating of your grocery data.
5. Sharing and Collaboration
Pantry allows you to share grocery lists with others. Shared users may see or edit grocery data as permitted, and you should only share lists with trusted individuals.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features may be offered as paid upgrades. Fees—if applicable—will be disclosed before purchase and are non-refundable unless required by law. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Pantry at any time for violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior. You may stop using Pantry at any time by deleting your account.
8. Intellectual Property
Pantry, including its design, content, and features, is owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Pantry is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regards to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved first by good-faith negotiations and, if necessary, by arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
